      08.06.2026 17:33

We are delighted to announce that Paulina Bąk from Class 2d1 and Krystian Herla from Class 2m have earned the title of finalists in the 4th Regional Knowledge Competition on Physical Education and Health.
After successfully passing the school stage of the competition, our students qualified for the regional final, which took place on June 1, 2026, in Katowice. Participation in the final required a broad knowledge of physical education, healthy lifestyles, health prevention, and physical activity.
Achieving finalist status is a testament to their extensive knowledge, consistent effort, dedication, and genuine interest in health and physical education. It also demonstrates that our students are successfully developing their passions and achieving success in a variety of fields.
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Paulina and Krystian on this accomplishment and wish them continued success in their studies and in pursuing their interests.
      Well done! 👏🏆📚

    • Michał Gonscz from Class 3c – Excellence in Both Science and Sport

      08.06.2026 17:32

Although some of Michał Gonscz’s sporting achievements are no longer the most recent, they still deserve special recognition. Michał, a student of bio and chemistry class, successfully combines a demanding academic workload with intensive sports training, proving that passion, consistency, and excellent time management make it possible to pursue ambitious goals in multiple fields.
Michał is a competitive sprint canoe athlete, specializing in the C1 (single canoe) event, and has been selected for the Polish Junior National Canoe Team. This is a significant distinction, reflecting his high sporting level and strong potential for further development.
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that Michał competes against athletes who are one year older than he is. Despite being younger, he successfully challenges the country’s top junior canoeists, achieving results that have placed him among the best young canoe athletes in Poland.
His accomplishments are an inspiring example of how dedication, perseverance, and effective organization can lead to success both in education and in sport. We congratulate Michał on his achievements and wish him continued success in his athletic and academic pursuits. 🚣‍♂️🏆📚

As part of the project “Improving the Quality of Educational Provision at Leon Kruczkowski First General Secondary School in Tychy”, a training course entitled “Digital Hygiene, the Use of IT Office Tools and Cybersecurity for Grades I–III” was carried out on 29 May 2026.
