Today, the students of class 2m took part in unique educational activities at Lake Paprocany. The visit to the “Ziemowit” Sailing Club was an opportunity to gain a lot of interesting information and practical skills related to water safety and the basics of sailing.
During the meeting, the students learned how to behave safely near water, what is allowed and what should be avoided while relaxing or practicing water sports. They also became familiar with the most important sailing terminology, the structure of a sailboat, and the basic elements of boat equipment.
The practical workshops attracted great interest, as participants learned different methods of tying sailing knots. Representatives of the “Ziemowit” Sailing Club also enthusiastically guided us around the new marina and introduced us to the secrets of sailing, sharing both their knowledge and passion.
The entire event took place in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The beautiful weather also contributed to the experience, allowing the students to fully enjoy the charm of the place and gain new hands-on experiences. Who knows — for some of them, this may have been their first sailing adventure, one that could turn into a true passion in the future.

Thanks to Oscar Lenart’s victory in the National Electoral Law Competition, the students of class 3d1 had a unique opportunity to take part in a highly interesting educational trip to the Regional Court and the Detention Center in Katowice.
During the visit, the students were able to take a closer look at how the justice system functions and learn about the work of people connected with the legal system and public safety. A particularly valuable experience was attending a court hearing concerning the first case in Poland involving the sale of designer drugs. The students had the opportunity to observe the course of the trial and gain insight into the practical side of how a court operates.
The meeting with officers from the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice, responsible for maintaining safety and order within the court premises, also attracted great interest. The conversations helped the students better understand the everyday work of uniformed services and the challenges involved in protecting judicial institutions.
The trip was an extremely valuable experience for class 3d1, allowing students to view the world of law not only from a theoretical perspective, but also through practical experience. It was a fascinating lesson in responsibility, law, and the functioning of the state.
