TOK Exhibition by Year 3 IB Students
As part of their Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Internal Assessment, Year 3 IB students organized a TOK Exhibition for Year 1 and Year 2 students, as well as teachers, the IB Coordinator, and the Headmistress.
The students presented a variety of objects they had selected and written about, demonstrating how TOK manifests itself in the world around us and how knowledge can be explored through everyday experiences and real-world contexts.
In addition, they delivered an informative presentation introducing younger students to the nature of the TOK course, its assessment requirements, and practical strategies for preparing a successful TOK Exhibition. The presenters actively engaged the audience by posing Knowledge Questions and inviting students to reflect on what knowledge means to them. The younger students participated enthusiastically in the discussion and eagerly asked questions, creating a lively and thought-provoking exchange of ideas.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for collaboration between year groups and showcased the critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills developed through the IB Diploma Programme.
