On 15 and 16 September, students from Classes 3d1 and 4d3, together with volunteers from the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in Oświęcim, visited the Memorial Site as part of the Study Visits programme.
The programme is designed for school students and aims to deepen their knowledge and understanding of World War II, Auschwitz and the Holocaust. The study visits are organised by the International Centre for Education about Auschwitz and the Holocaust.
During their September visit, the students took part in a guided tour of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau, followed by a workshop entitled Questions about the Holocaust, held in the Reflection Room in Block 27.
