EMILIA TROSZOK RECEIVES THE AWARD OF THE AUSCHWITZ-BIRKENAU STATE MUSEUM DIRECTOR

On 2 July, the anniversary of the establishment of the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in Oświęcim, an award ceremony was held in the Sauna Building to honor the ten recipients of the Award the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum Director', "If There Were No Ten…".
The award is presented to volunteers from around the world in recognition of their selfless work in helping preserve the memory of the Holocaust.
This year, one of the honorees is Emilia Troszok, a 2025 graduate of the Leon Kruczkowski Secondary School in Tychy. A volunteer at the Museum since 2023, Emilia has supported the work of the Archives as well as educational and commemorative events, as stated in the award citation.
